- a copy of the brief to the consultant who provided the design being consulted on
- copy of any road safety audit undertaken on the designs published for consultation
- copies of any studies or reports assessing the pros / cons of the proposed design and alternatives in terms of the improvements to pedestrian safety and creation of a more "cycle and pedestrian friendly environment"
