RBWM has informed the planning inspectorate in several recent appeals that it can no longer demonstrate a five year housing land supply (for example, 8th March statement of case in 22/01391/FULL). I would therefore like to request the following simple information:
1) On what date (post BLP adoption) did Officers first report to the Lead Member for Planning that it could no longer demonstrate a five year housing land supply.
2) May I request a copy of the email or document (along with attachments if applicable) sent to this Lead Member by officers informing him of this fact.
3) On what date were executive Cabinet members informed of this fact by officers? If so, may I request a copy of any email informing them of this fact.
4) On what date were voting Members of the Planning panels informed of this fact by officers? If so may I request a copy of any email informing them of this fact? Finally, RBWM issued an updated Housing position statement in August 2022 https://consult.rbwm.gov.uk/file/6054802
5) On what date was this position statement formally withdrawn by RBWM?
6) Where was this withdrawal published or reported by RBWM?
7) How often does RBWM update the 5 year housing land supply?
8) On what page of the RBWM website should residents look for any updates to the 5 year housing land supply figure, and the latest number?
