I am a resident of Belmont ward and following the investigations of the ward Councillor Cllr Baldwin , I would like copies of the Monitoring Officer and the Independent person's report of all investigations of Cllr Baldwin. In the interests of transparency and for me as a resident of the ward I believe it would be my right to know the findings and details of the investigations.
