I like to request a copy of both the monitoring officer's and the independent person's report(s) into all complaints relating to Cllr John Baldwin. Whilst I understand Cllr John Baldwin has recently resigned, reports investigating his conduct as a councillor should be in the public domain to enable residents to have full transparency on his behaviour whilst in office. Taxpayers' money will have been used to fund council resources to undertake these investigations, which should also justify its publication.
