I am requesting the following information relating to the authorities housing waiting list: 1. How many people are currently in Band A on the housing register assessed as needing a 4-bedroom property? 2. Between June 2022 - December 2022; How many people in Band A assessed as needing a 4 bedroom have been nominated for a property? 3. Between June 2022 - December 2022; How many people in Band A assessed as needing a 4 bedroom have been found accommodation in private rent sector by the housing options team? 4. Between January 2023 - present; How many people in Band A assessed as needing a 4 bedroom have been nominated for a property? 5. Between January 2023 - present; How many people in Band A assessed as needing a 4 bedroom have been found accommodation in private rent sector by the housing options team? 6. How many households needing 4 bed accommodation have been on the list for: (a) between 2 years and 3years (b) three years or more (c) less than 2 years 7. With regards to households that have been on the list the longest needing a 4 bed, how long have they been on the list? 8. How many households in band A have been on the list for: (a) between 2 years and 3years (b) three years or more (c) less than 2 years 9. With regards to households that have been on the list the longest in band A, how long have they been on the list? 10. How are nominations made? Is it a bid system, a position based waiting list (I.e numbered) or do the council alone decide who to nominate? If so what criteria is used to make this decision?
