Please could you provide me with the information set out below in relation to the proposed disposal of publicly owned land at Braywick. 1) The date(s) upon which the notice of intended disposal was published, and in which publication(s) this occurred 2) The report prepared relating to the published notice and the responses received. If the following details are not contained within the report mentioned in Point 2 above, please could you also provide: a) A listing of the specific stakeholders prospectively consulted and their responses (e.g., ward councillors, sporting and recreational organisations, education establishments, community groups, environmental organisations, etc) b) Details of the alternative options considered including their objective evaluation and conclusions c) Evidence-based demonstration of how disposal of the open space is in the interests of the people of RBWM d) The financial implications of disposal - including ongoing and future maintenance liabilities e) Details of any contractual penalties upon RBWM should the disposal not proceed f) Assessment of environmental impact of proposed disposal g) Documents demonstrating the decision in relation to the disposal of the land has been driven by the evidence, was fair and was the best decision that could be made for the entire community.
