Further to our correspondence dated 12 April 2022, your response, dated 16 May 2022 unfortunately, did not adequately address our requests. It follows that we resubmit this request as it falls outside your internal review time limit being 40 days. We appreciate that in order for you to provide the information we would like to make this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulation 2004 SI 2004 No 3244 limits your cost to £450 (being £25 per hour) (“the appropriate limit”) and we have estimated that no more than 18 hours would be required. Counsel finds it most unusual that the local authority “do not hold the records dating that far back” add the date required, yet you have provided the administration time required for our request to be processed. We confirm the acceptance of any fee notices within section 9(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and seek to be provided with the following: 1. 2. 3. All documents requested in relation to the water infrastructure of the site only. We expect that 4. documentation would be dated when the council first granted planning permission; and, 5. 6. 7. 8. The council would have had to review all planning aspects of the water infrastructure prior to 9. granting the site licence and we also request for any documentation on the same. 10.
