Request

I would like to seek the following information on the Broadway Carpark, located on the Broadway, Maidenhead. The carpark has been closed on H&S grounds since the 31st January 2022.
I would like to see the most recent Risk Assessment prior to the 31st January 2022, including Identified Risks & the appropriate actions that were taken to minimize the risk.
I would like to see the most recent Building Control inspection completed by the RBMW Council employee or an outside agency. The date should be the most recent prior to the 31st January 2022.

After sending our original response on 28th February 2023, we have since been made aware of additional information that is relevant to this request.

In our original response, we stated that Property Services have not carried out any Risk Assessments with regards to Broadway Car Park. We can now further confirm that Neighbourhood Services conducts an annual visual risk assessment of all car parks. The most recent assessment for Broadway Car Park was in May 2022, the results of which are attached. Please note that third-party personal data has been redacted in accordance with Section 40(1) of the Freedom of Information Act.
