I write to request a copy of RBWM’s housing allocation policy (or similar, which describes the priority groups and assessment criteria for residents seeking social housing). The most recent version I could find on the RBWM website covers 2018-2021.
I also request a copy of the assessment criteria guidance/matrix (or similar) used by RBWM staff in assessing a resident’s priority group for social housing.
