I write in relation to the invitation from Active Travel England (ATE) to all highways authorities last year to submit a self-assessment of their own performance on active travel, selecting a level between 0 to 4.

1) Please can you provide a copy of the self assessment, all associated correspondence and supporting evidence for the scores provided (if any).
2) If no self assessment was completed, please detail the reasons for this.
3) Further, if there was any subsequent correspondence from ATE following the submission and any changes made to the assessment or overall score, please share this also
