1) How many households have you placed in out of area temporary accommodation between 01 January 2022 and 30 October 2022?
Of those, how many included (2a) a member of the household with a disability (2b) member of the household classed as vulnerable (2c) member of a household who had previously been convicted of a criminal offence?
Please do not send me the TA1 sheet of the live homeless data tables on gov.uk as a response. They are a snapshot of households out of area, not the specific number of households you have actually placed between 01 January and 30 October this year.
3) Of the households you placed out of area, on how many occasions did your local authority 'give notice to the local housing authority in whose district the accommodation is situated' as per Section 208 of the Housing Act 1996?
For your information, the notice must be 'given before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the accommodation was made available to the applicant.' The relevant section of the Housing Act can be found here: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1996/52/section/208
Of the households you placed out of area and that were not given their statutory notice, how many included (4a) a member of the household with a disability (4b) member of the household classed as vulnerable (4c) member of a household had previously been convicted of a criminal offence?
