Can you please confirm if your Authority in the council tax department.
A) Holds any live or closed accounts for Housing Solutions (Please state if the accounts you hold are live or closed). Please provide a full list of accounts including address, write to address, account number, account balance, chargeable amount and exemption granted.
B) Holds any accounts that currently have any credits, write-on’s, refunds or rate overpayments held on account for Housing Solutions (Yes or No will be fine)
B1) If the answer to B is YES please provide the account number, full account name, full account address including postcode, occupation dates start and end, the amount of credit due. (Please provide data by excel) I will issue BACS details to the council tax department as required
C) Please can you confirm that a class B exemption has been applied on all accounts which have been opened since 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2022. (Yes or No will be fine)
C1) If the answer to C is NO please provide the account number, full account name, full account address including postcode, occupation dates both start and end dates, amount charged and if any exemption has been granted (please state which exemption). (Please provide data by excel)
