Information required under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
I require the following information
1.    Copies of all emails, internal notes/correspondence, reports and external mail for the approval of the work agreed for Swish Fibre in February for area known as Blythewood and comprising the roads Gainsborough Drive, Lockton Chase, Halley Drive, Vernon Drive, Sutherland Chase, Nash Gardens, Rushton Way and Marston Way. All in Ascot.
2.    A copy of the permit no. C6014 PN16 - 02 -03 (I believe this is the number but it was not clear on their notice) issued to OMJ for work on the same roads and pavements as set out above. Copies of all emails, internal notes/correspondence, reports and external correspondence in connection with this permit.
3.    Copies of all emails, internal notes/correspondence, reports and external correspondence signing off the work under the above permit.
4.    Confirmation that the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead owns the small piece of land fronted by Vernon Drive, Sutherland Chase and to a lesser extend Rushton Way, Ascot. I understand that this land is known as "land on south side Sutherland Chase, Sunninghill, Ascot". Details of all covenants and restrictions in place on this piece of land.
5.    The number of request that the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead have received in the last 12 months for works to be undertaken on the roads and pavements in the borough. How many of these have been declined during this period and how many have been delayed /put back.
