If RBWM specific does the survey company choose the questions or council officers or council leader/s?

Response

Many of the survey questions were standard questions from the Local Government Association used by councils across the country to allow for sector benchmarking. Others were specifically chosen by officers to allow the council to gather baseline data for performance monitoring purposes against its Corporate Plan goals and/or to gather insights around specific issues, such as climate change and cost of living.
