Please accept this letter as a formal request for the Council to provide me with a Subject Access Report to provide all and any information you are holding in relation to myself and regarding this matter. The purpose of my request is to help me formulate a proposal, which I believe could be of substantial financial benefit to the Council (and to myself!). In particular I am interested to examine the advice you received from Kempton Carr Croft and the Minutes of the private session (item 8) held by the Council at their Meeting on 10th August 2016. Presumably there is no reason why either of these items should still be of a confidential nature now that we have received the Valuation from the Independent Surveyor
