Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following information, please, which relates to the business of the council authority:
1. Copies of each individual email communication from Councillor Ross McWilliams to the RBWM’s head of planning relating to the proposed Deerswood Meadow development on land in Ray Mill Road East, either using a RBWM email account or private email account.
2. Copies of all communication from RBWM’s head of planning to the Royal Borough monitoring officer Emma Duncan relating to the proposed Deerswood Meadow development on land in Ray Mill Road East, either using official RBWM communication devices or private.
I would prefer to receive the information electronically.
