Breach of condition 3 (no habitable use) of planning permission 20/02317/FULL, owners are living in the garage/gym.

Dear Sir/Madam

In reference to the above notice on the Planning Portal I see no further action is appropriate.

This Enforcement notice was originally actioned in November 2021 after a retrospective application REF 21/02956/VAR to use the garage as living accommodation was submitted.
The garage had already been built as living accommodation and occupied prior to the application being made.

Could you advise on what grounds the decision was made and also wether a site visit was undertaken.Also why has it taken 7 months to reach a decision?

If a site visit had been made it would show a Breach of condition 3 (no habitable use )of planning permission 20/02317/FULL.
