Personal information is collected to process a query or request which includes, name, address, email address, date of birth and contact numbers.

We will use this information to respond to enquiries and to liaise with you about your event including taking bookings for weddings/events/functions and raising invoices.

We may share your personal information with other organisations for the purpose of carrying out our function or enable third party suppliers to perform their duties.
We may also share personal information if required under an applicable data protection exemption such as for the prevention and detection of a crime.
How long we store your information
Your personal information will be stored for up to twelve months after the date of your event.
You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing us on guildhall@rbwm.gov.uk.
