How we collect information

Personal information is supplied by service users when completing an online or mobile application form or by emailing/telephoning RBWM Council.

What information is collected

We collect name, address, contact details, date of birth, payment/bank details, vehicle details, insurance details, residency details, images/video and evidence/supporting information to your application / appeal.

How we use the information provided

  • To assess eligibility for a parking permit.
  • Contact the registered keeper/driver of the vehicle to advice of the action to be taken (i.e. moving vehicle, safety reasons, etc).
  • Service updates.
  • For recovery of outstanding charges.
  • To carry out an investigation into an abandoned vehicle.

  • Third party data processors; Chipside Ltd (MiPermit branded services) and RingGo Limited.
