Our properties and keyworkers

We provide affordable housing options for key workers who do not qualify for social housing and are not currently in a position to enter into full market home ownership.

Board members

The Board is made up of five Non-Executive Directors and one Executive Director, who hold voting rights when taking decisions when the board is quorate.

About the RBWM Property Company

The company originally was established as a property development and management company to maximise council assets and provide a financial return to the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

Governance and performance

The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead holds 100% of the shares in RBWM Property Company Ltd and as such retains full control of the company.
