Information for licence holders
To renew your Hackney Carriage or Private Hire driver or vehicle licence, please contact Customer Services on 01628 683800 to make an appointment. Any enquiries should be emailed to Licensing@RBWM.gov.uk.
Apply for an Enhanced DBS Certificate
Please ensure you select the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
Register with the DBS Update Service
All drivers must be registered with the DBS Update Service.
Get a DVLA Check Code
All drivers must allow the Licensing Team view their driving licence information.
Get a tax check code
Complete a tax check to renew a taxi driver, private hire or scrap metal licence, or apply for the same type of licence with a different licensing authority.
