About mental health services support

Our Mental Health Services support people aged 18 years and above, living in the community, who have complex or serious mental health needs.

We arrange mental health support to enable you or your loved one to maximise your wellbeing and independence. Our aim is to help you stay as well as possible, through access to the right information, advice, treatment, thttps://www.optalis.org/transition-planningherapy and medication.

We are an integrated team, working in partnership with Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to support people's social care needs alongside their health needs.

Preparing for adulthood

For young people with serious or complex mental health needs, we work with our colleagues at Achieving for Children to support the move into adulthood. Read more about transition planning here.

Recovery College

For people recovering from a period of mental ill health, getting involved in the local community can be an important part of their rehabilitation. Our Recovery College enables people to learn about self-care and develop the skills they need for life and work.
