Personal information is supplied by service users by email, by phone, in writing, in face to face meetings, by completing our online forms or submitted by third parties such as, families of service users or professionals working with the services users.
What information is collected
Personal information submitted in your complaint, comment, query, request or compliment, including; name, address, contact details, age, gender, ethnic group and disability information.
How we use the information you have provided
We use the information provided for services to look into areas of concern they have about the council or about its partner or commissioned agencies and for equality monitoring purposes.

RBWM Council employees.
Who we may share your information with
A complaint may be shared with the relevant contractor or partner agency where applicable.
How long we store your information
10 years from closure of the complaint.
